Sanctum, LLC — Terms & Conditions

Sanctum, LLC is an elite, highly specialized, white-glove service and recognizes that its services may not be appropriate or suitable for every individual or situation. Clients should carefully consider their personal circumstances, ethical obligations, and legal responsibilities before engaging our services. Sanctum, LLC reserves the right to decline or terminate service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion if it determines that the requested use is inappropriate, outside the scope of intended purposes, or otherwise inconsistent with our values and policies.

Intended Purpose of Services

Sanctum, LLC provides materials and services designed to support clients in maintaining their personal privacy, protecting sensitive lifestyle choices, and creating plausible, discreet narratives for entertainment and non-official purposes.

It is our good faith understanding that clients use our services for:

• Maintaining privacy in sensitive personal situations.
• Maintaining discretion in private, informal situations unrelated to courts, law enforcement, or official records.
• Creating plausible cover stories for entertainment or personal peace of mind.
• Protecting one’s reputation or dignity in social or personal settings.

If a client intends to use Sanctum’s services for any other purpose — particularly any purpose that could violate laws, ethical standards, contractual obligations, or harm others — it is the client’s sole responsibility to disclose this to Sanctum, LLC prior to engaging our services. Failure to do so constitutes an acknowledgment and agreement that the intended use aligns with the purposes listed above.

Sanctum, LLC assumes no responsibility for undisclosed or improper uses of its services. Clients bear all risk and liability for how materials are used.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

While Sanctum, LLC maintains a strict policy of discretion and confidentiality, if required by applicable law, court order, or lawful investigation, Sanctum, LLC will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies or other authorities in connection with any investigation or proceeding arising from a client’s misuse of its services. Such cooperation may include, but is not limited to, providing relevant records, materials, or communications upon proper legal request.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information to be used in preparing any materials. Clients agree to cooperate fully and respond promptly to any reasonable requests for information necessary to fulfill the services. Failure to cooperate may result in delays or cancellation without refund. Sanctum, LLC does not independently verify client-provided information and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any materials based on client-provided information.

Emergency Contact Policy

Clients must provide reliable and current contact information and agree to remain reachable throughout the fulfillment process. Additionally, clients are required to specify clear instructions on how they can be contacted in the event of a verified emergency requiring their immediate attention, such as a family, medical, or other urgent situation.

While Sanctum, LLC maintains strict discretion and confidentiality at all times, it shall not be held liable for any consequences, damages, or losses arising from an inability to reach the client despite reasonable efforts in such circumstances.

Order Finality

Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of the services provided, all orders are final upon submission. No cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be permitted for any reason once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

All orders require a minimum lead time of 48 hours from the moment the payment clears to ensure proper preparation and quality. Rush orders may be accommodated when possible, subject to availability and an additional premium rush fee determined at the time of order. Sanctum, LLC reserves the right to decline rush requests at its sole discretion.

Sanctum, LLC is not responsible for any materials that are lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise mishandled by third-party delivery services. While clients are encouraged to select certified mail with signature confirmation to ensure delivery, it is not required. Certified mail fees and services are determined solely by the chosen carrier, and Sanctum, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the cost, speed, or quality of any delivery service selected.

Indemnification & Third-Party Claims

Clients agree that they are solely responsible for the use or misuse of any materials or services provided by Sanctum, LLC. In the event that Sanctum, LLC becomes the subject of any claim, lawsuit, or legal proceeding brought by any third party as a result of a client’s actions, omissions, or use of materials, the client agrees to fully indemnify and reimburse Sanctum, LLC for all associated costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, settlement amounts, damages, and the reasonable value of time spent responding to such claims.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Allen County, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Additional Terms

Force Majeure: Sanctum, LLC shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, internal equipment or technical failures, or government action.

Subject to Availability: All services and materials are offered subject to availability. Sanctum, LLC does not guarantee the availability of any particular service, product, or timeframe, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue offerings at its sole discretion.

All Rights Reserved: All content, materials, designs, and communications provided by Sanctum, LLC are the exclusive property of Sanctum, LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Modifications: Sanctum, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

Electronic Communications: By engaging with Sanctum, LLC, clients consent to receive communications electronically, including but not limited to email and other online messaging platforms, for all purposes related to the services.

Right to Decline Service: Sanctum, LLC reserves the absolute right to decline or terminate service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion, without explanation or liability.
